I took this from my W.E. blog. I have really been thinking about this subject for a while and thought I would share:
Pieter...what can I say...the man has some very insightful moments and makes me really think about things on a different level sometimes.
He was talking about his dream and his passion for wildlife just a moment ago. I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Infact, my sister and I had a long drive and talk last week about passions and dreams. How many people do you know who are actually following their dreams and passions? In the sense....if you are passionate about art and your dream is to paint or sculpt and be in a gallery...are you following and nurturing your dream?
I told my sister about the people at WE and how their passion for what they do shines through. Pieter in particular is very vocal about his passions and it oozes from his words and actions. I find myself jealous of that passion sometimes...more so I am in awe of it. I feel some of it when I am on a drive....your chest swells when you see something beautiful, you get butterflies in your belly with anticipation of seeing an ellie or a lion. I can only imagine what it is like to actually BE there.
How many people can honestly say they are following their dream? How many people are uber passionate about something?

You are right Stacey who is really doing what they truly love?
I'm jealous of people like that. Who know what they love and are doing what they need to to get to that goal. I wish I knew what that was for myself and how to find it!!

I am one of those lucky people who are following their passion. I am a teacher and love it more than I can say. Nothing like a room full of fourth graders to give one a reason to get up in the morning and meaning to your day!
