Well for those who didn't know...we are in the process of having our basement finished. When we started it was basically a bare basement with roughed in plumbing for a washroom. Work started a week ago today and we have some drywall going up now! YAY! As of tonight I would say that about 75% of the drywall is up.
I am thinking it will be another week before we are done. They are laying carpet in the recroom area and tiling the laundry room and bathroom. They are also painting and doing any and all finishing work like baseboard etc.
Costing us a pretty penny...but we figure that the minute it's finished it will increase the value of the house by atleast 30 grand which doubles what we spent on the reno.

I am still waiting for photos Stacy!! It is so fun seeing the end result. Your kids will love this room as they get older but you will love it more!!
