Weekend Update

Well now...productive weekend! lol Well ok not productive...but busy! First off we went and looked at houses again. This time finding a nice development near a major shopping center, close to schools, close to the highway for Brent to get to work and not have ANY city driving, close to a conservation and right next to a protected wetland project. So a lot of things are in the possitive about this site. So we are contacting an agent and having them come in to do a property evaluation/assessment to see what we could list this puppy we are in now for. I am sure we wont get that much...its a fixer upper. But it should give us around 80 grand in equity to put down on the new house.

So we did a lot of research....looked at floor plans....figuring out mortgage payments blah blah...so we shall see. Come May we might have a brand new home. Then again we may not lol We have been on and off this horse before so who knows.

We also went down to see Am in London. I had to get my cards to her too so we said ah lets just go down for the afternoon. So off we went....I FINALLY got to meet her daughter and shes soooo cute! She is in love with Lacy as you can see in the pic. By the end of the afternoon she and Logan were having tea and casting magic spells on eachother. It was pretty cute!

Am and I got to go do a bit of scrap shopping. AND she's too kewl and she KNOWS it....she bought me some good stuff for my birthday! Yummo papers and some alpha stickers, a giant chipboard snowflake and some kick ass American Crafts flowers. And she and her daughter also got Logan a new Bionicle dude and got Lacy a new baby and some jammies for her bday. It was like pre-Christmas or something Saturday. We got her daughter this unicorn head you can do hair and makeup on, glad it was a hit! Hopefully now she will do her unicorns makeup instead of Am's! lol

So as of now I am trying to slightly declutter here....get a few things straightened out so it appears as if we have more room in our hovel. Hopefully we can list for a decent price! Wish us luck!!
